Interesting article from the NPR food blog. I know I love my coffee and whether it provides a longer life or not, I don’t think I want to give it up! Many of my clients over the years have enjoyed their morning java. Some have regular in the morning, then switch to decaf in the afternoon. For others, hot tea is the preferred cup.
Out of all the food and drink studies that I’ve read that relate to health, they all usually boil down to one thing: enjoy in moderation.
