Home Help from Patricia Sneddon

Punk’s Post was formed to offer help to senior citizens living in or near east Orlando, helping them to stay in their own homes and live as independently as possible. However, my cleaning services are open to all adults in the East Orlando and nearby areas.

I’m here to help you with your daily activities like home cleaning and organizing.

Please explore the website at your leisure and use the Contact page to ask about home help services.

Read the blog pages below, and make sure to leave a comment, or let me know about any services, websites, or information that you think may be of interest to other  Orlando area seniors.

The journey begins….

You’ve probably heard the saying “Once the man, twice the child”, about how we start life as a child, then revert back to childhood if we live long enough. Diapers are common among both babies and the aged in nursing facilities and their food may look very similar.

The senior years of living can be viewed as a new beginning, however. After years of raising children or caring for a spouse, or toiling away at work, a senior citizen may find herself with new time on her hands, able to find more time for hobbies or cultivating new interests.

A senior may also find himself with new, discouraging, disabilities. The good news is that there appears to be more and more businesses geared to serving elderly populations.

This blog seeks to find articles relevant to growing older, wiser, and yes, possibly a little weaker, but just as valuable nonetheless.

Let’s journey together! Send me any interesting articles, photos, or other insights that you think I should post here to share with others.
