Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Manucy Studios LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Punk’s Post (“Punk’s Post,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information through punkspost.com and related store communications (the “Website”).

1. Information we collect

When you make an order or complete any sign up for our offerings, we may collect information you provide directly, including your name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, telephone number, account credentials, order details, messages, product reviews, and other information you choose to submit. This collection is for the purpose of fulfilling an order, sending newsletters, or sending notifications, whichever applies to your input.

When you place an order, payment information is entered into the payment service used at checkout. We do not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers. Payment processors may collect and process payment information under their own privacy policies and terms.

We may collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location derived from IP address, and dates and times of access. Cookies and similar technologies may be used for login functionality, shopping-cart operation, security, preferences, analytics, spam detection and other information to allow the Website to function and to gather information about how users navigate the site and to determine how we may improve the Website.

2. How we use information

We may use information to provide, administer, and improve the Website and Store; process and fulfill orders; communicate about orders, returns, products, and customer service requests; authenticate accounts and protect against fraud or abuse; maintain business, tax, accounting, and legal records; understand Website performance; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not use information for purposes materially different from those described here without updating this Policy or obtaining consent where required by law.

3. How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Store, including hosting, website and security providers, payment processors, shipping carriers, email and customer-support services, analytics providers, accountants, attorneys, and other contractors. These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to us, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process; protect the rights, safety, and property of Punk’s Post, our customers, or others; investigate fraud, security incidents, or abuse; enforce our agreements; or support a business transfer such as a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information.

4. Cookies and analytics

Cookies may be necessary for account access, cart functions, checkout, security, and preferences. Optional analytics technologies may also be used if enabled on the Website. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling certain cookies may affect Website functionality.

5. Ongoing communications

If you subscribe to Website updates, notifications of new articles, any applicable newsletters, or send us messages, we will use your information to fulfill those purposes for which you consent or to respond to any questions or concerns you communicate. You may unsubscribe from these communications or request that we not contact you again by using the link provided in our emails to you or by sending a message to hello@punkspost.com. Transactional messages about orders, accounts, security, or service operations may still be sent when necessary. Please allow time to process any unsubscribe requests.

6. Reviews, account creation, and other submitted content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, the content may be publicly displayed with the name or information you choose to provide. Do not submit confidential information, payment-card information, or personal information about another person without permission to public areas of the Website. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

7. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including order fulfillment, customer service, accounting, tax, dispute resolution, security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Retention periods depend on the type of information and the reason it was collected. We delete or securely dispose of information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to backup, legal, and legitimate-business requirements.

8. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we maintain. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Do not send payment-card numbers or other sensitive information by ordinary email.

If we determine that a security incident requires notice under applicable law, we will provide notice as required. Florida law requires covered entities to take reasonable measures to protect certain electronic personal information and establishes breach notification obligations in qualifying circumstances.

9. Children’s privacy

The Website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us at hello@punkspost.com

10. Your choices and rights

You may request access to or correction of personal information we maintain about you, ask us to delete information where applicable, or ask questions about our privacy practices by contacting hello@punkspost.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request and may retain information when required or permitted by law.

Privacy rights vary by state and may depend on factors such as residency, the nature of the information, and the size or activities of the business. If a state law gives you additional rights, we will handle qualifying requests as required by that law.

Browser-based cookie controls and, where offered, consent-management settings may also be available.

11. Third-party links and services

The Website may link to social-media platforms, payment providers, shipping services, and other third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one. Review those policies before providing information. Articles on this Website may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other sites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other site. These sites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that site.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised Policy with a note about the update. Material changes will be communicated in a manner appropriate to the change and applicable law. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at hello@punkspost.com
