1. About these Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of punkspost.com (the “Website”) and your purchase of products from Punk’s Post (the “Store”). The Store is operated by Manucy Studios LLC a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Punk’s Post (“Punk’s Post,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund and Returns Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or place an order.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract under applicable law to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your credentials confidential, and all activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Products, descriptions, and availability
We try to describe and photograph products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary depending on your device and ordinary manufacturing or printing differences. Product pages control the material details for each item. We may correct typographical, pricing, description, or availability errors and may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
Products are not toys unless a product page expressly says otherwise. Follow all product-specific care, use, and safety instructions. Keep products away from children when the product, packaging, or components present a foreseeable hazard.
4. Orders and payment
An order submitted through the Website is your offer to purchase the selected products. We may accept, reject, or cancel an order for reasons including unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or failure of payment authorization. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will refund the canceled portion through the original payment method when practicable.
Prices, applicable sales tax, shipping charges, and promotional conditions are displayed during checkout. You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you select. Payment-card information is handled by the payment provider used at checkout, subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices; Punk’s Post does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers unless expressly stated in the Privacy Policy.
5. Shipping and delivery
We currently ship within the United States, subject to the destinations and exclusions stated in our Shipping Policy. Processing times, available methods, shipping charges, and estimated delivery windows are shown on the Website or at checkout. Carrier estimates are not guarantees, and delivery may be affected by weather, carrier disruption, incorrect addresses, or events outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us promptly. If we cannot ship within the time required by applicable law, we will provide any notice and options required by law.
6. Returns, refunds, damaged items, and incorrect orders
Our Refund and Returns Policy governs returns, exchanges, refunds, and order problems. It explains the applicable return period, eligible condition, exclusions, return-shipping responsibility, and refund process.
Nothing in these Terms limits a protection or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to limit or exclude.
7. Limited warranty disclaimer
Except for any express warranty stated on the applicable product page, order confirmation, or written materials supplied with a product, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Store and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including the implied warranty of merchantability and the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, only to the extent that applicable law permits that disclaimer. We do not disclaim an express warranty created by a specific product description or written promise. Certain states do not allow particular warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Punk’s Post will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the Website or a product, even if advised of the possibility of those damages. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Punk’s Post’s total liability for a claim relating to an order or the Website will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim.
This section does not exclude or limit liability to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
9. Acceptable use and security
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the Website or its operation; attempt unauthorized access; probe or scan systems; introduce malware; use another person’s credentials; submit fraudulent orders; scrape or harvest data in a manner that violates law or our technical restrictions; use bots or automated tools to abuse the Website; infringe another person’s rights; or use the Website to send spam, threats, or unlawful content.
We may suspend or terminate access, cancel orders, or take other lawful action when we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated.
10. Intellectual property and sharing
The Website, including its text, layout, logos, photographs, graphics, articles, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Punk’s Post and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to public pages for non-commercial purposes, provided that you do not misrepresent the source, remove attribution, or imply endorsement. You may not reproduce, sell, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit Website content without written permission, except as permitted by law.
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you represent that you have the necessary rights and that the content is lawful and non-infringing. You grant Punk’s Post a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and use that content for operating and promoting the Store. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or personal information that you do not want published.
11. Values and communications
Punk’s Post communicates Christian, biblical values. We may decline or discontinue communications, submissions, or transactions that are unlawful, threatening, harassing, fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with the lawful operation of the Store. We will administer the Store consistently with applicable federal, state, and local law and will not use this section to waive rights or obligations that the law does not permit us to waive.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains the information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you. Do not send payment-card numbers or other sensitive information by ordinary email.

The Website may link to or rely on third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, social-media platforms, analytics providers, and hosting services. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Articles and other informational content are provided for general informational purposes and are not professional, medical, legal, tax, financial, or other specialized advice. You are responsible for evaluating whether information is appropriate for your circumstances.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent the law of your state gives you rights that cannot be waived. Before filing a legal claim, contact us at hello@punkspost.com and provide a reasonable opportunity to investigate and attempt to resolve the issue
16. Changes and general terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent; we may assign these Terms in connection with a business transfer or as permitted by law.
